Since, my mini schnauzer was a puppy (2 years ago) he comes out smelling like a champ, and perfectly groomed. Kudos to the staff, who are always friendly and receptive to constructive criticism and feedback, which makes for a better experience all around. I accidentally came about 30 minutes after closing, tried the door and turned to leave because it was locked. A very kind employee came out the door asking if we were looking for anything specific. We explained that it was our dogs birthday and we were just looking for a special treat, and she immediately let us in without second thinking it. We had a casual chat about his birthday and while checking out we thanked them and she said "we cant let him miss his birthday!!" i just thought it was so kind of them to go above and beyond for us!! we loved this store already and now we love it even more!! thank you guys again :')

I just want to say the staff at this store are beyond amazing! We took my Sparky to get groomed here for the 1st time today and the staff made all of us feel welcomed. My boy was a bit scared when we dropped him off but by the time we picked him up he didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be bringing him back for his routine baths. The staff explained everything in detail and were patient with my baby as he was nervous. Overall I will highly recommend anyone to bring their furbabies here. I also love the little bandana they put on him at the end of his bath. And let’s not forget all the awesome yummy treats! We have gotten many treats from here and his birthday cupcake that our Sparky absolutely love. I can’t thank this place enough for making my Sparky look and smell good.

My dog has been her her last 3 cuts and the experience has been great. She currently has had a skin allergy (being treated at our vet) and they made her feel so soft. The groomer Erica J did a wonderful job. Also they communicated the exact time it would take to her done. Kiki is ready to celebrate her bday now!
